Thanks so much for your help today... this Young family have just been put in a studio flat temporarily and will move tonight. They need all their own bedding, duvets and pillows so your voucher will be spent on that en route to the property. 

Mum just said "I'm going to be grinning like a Cheshire cat" (once she gets to her own space and has her own bed to get into) ... a far cry from last night when she expressed a sense of wanting to 'do something stupid and felt like no one was listening to her.
