I cannot thank Charlotte and Operation Community Hamper enough for the difference they have made, not only in my life but in the lives of so many people in our community.

I have seen first-hand the kindness, generosity and dedication that Charlotte shows to others. She has helped me and my family in so many ways, including providing a beautiful Christmas food hamper and gifts that made Christmas feel truly special. She has also supported the supported housing where I live by providing play equipment, bringing joy to children and families who use it.

What stands out most is that Charlotte never stops looking for ways to help people. They provide furniture to those in need and offer practical support to people during difficult times. When life has been challenging, knowing that there are people like Charlotte who genuinely care has meant more than words can say.

Last year, I had the privilege of helping with the Christmas hampers, and it was an experience I will never forget. Seeing everything come together was like stepping into Santa’s Grotto. The room was filled with gifts, food, and festive cheer, but most of all it was filled with kindness and love. It truly felt magical. Watching the amount of care and effort that goes into making Christmas special for so many families gave me an even greater appreciation for the incredible work Charlotte and her team do.

Operation Community Hamper is about so much more than the items given out. It is about kindness, dignity, hope and making people feel seen and supported when they need it most.

Charlotte’s compassion has touched countless lives, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she does. Our community is a better place because of her.
