A pensioner came to see me yesterday and I had told her there was a hamper waiting for her she said “I’m really sorry but I can’t have the hamper …. I’ve got £1.80 to last me until the end of the month.”
I said no this is yours & you pay nothing - she burst out crying - she couldnt believe it😥
