Christmas Event 2025

Christmas remains OCH’s flagship event and the heart of our annual efforts to support local families. This year, we were incredibly grateful to UWE for opening their doors to us, enabling us to scale our impact and reach 1,300 families across the region. Over four intensive days, a dedicated team of volunteers came together to create 1,300 hampers and 1,100 gift bags for vulnerable families. The response from the community was remarkable, with volunteers from all walks of life stepping in to help—including Avon and Somerset Police, who turned out in large numbers to assist with distributing hampers across Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and Wiltshire. This collective effort showcased the power of partnership and community spirit at the most important time of year.
